We cater for all types of safari thrill seekers. Whether it’s your first trip to Africa or whether you’re a seasoned safari enthusiast, we can design an individualised itinerary to push your ‘wild’ buttons.
We can accommodate couples, groups and even families with young children. (Note: for safety reasons, children under 6 may not be allowed to go on game drives/walks and children under 12 may only go on walks at the sole discretion of the ranger).
Older clients who may not fancy too much walking but would prefer game drives in open top 4WD vehicles can be easily accommodated. Not everyone wants to literally be Barefoot in Africa!
Group safaris tend to be the most popular packages we specialise in. Form your own group (6-8 people is the perfect number) or join one of our pre-booked tours and make new friends. Many groups departing from Australia will be escorted by Michael from home base, ensuring that you have nothing to worry about in transit. It takes away all the worry about the supposed ‘danger element’ of travelling in Africa because you’ll be in experienced hands. To be honest, it’s a magnificent continent with incredibly friendly people so it’s just a matter of showing commonsense and not taking silly risks. Isn’t that true for anywhere in the world?
We can arrange for you to fly in to the closest airport to our safari lodges (near Kruger National Park for example) or we can even escort you all the way from the big cities (eg: Johannesburg) on a beautiful drive through the Highveld and into the bushveld. If you’re on a self-drive itinerary, that’s no problem either. Just join us for the safari and keep going on your round trip. We tend to favour the wildlife-rich areas of South Africa and Zimbabwe but we are looking to spread our reach further afield too.
